I have been having fun using it in my elementary and middle school art classes. The highlighting tool is my special friend:) When we look at museum artworks, highlighting shapes, perspective lines, number of figures (did you ever try to count how many people are in a Grandma Moses’ narrative?), repeat patterns, etc., the highlighter and all the colored pens help our observations. The ability to record each class’ activities really helps me, too. I’d love to hear from other art teachers using SmartBoards.
